3 Milland House Cottage is an attached newly renovated and immaculately styled two double bedroom getaway, perfect for small families and groups of friends looking for a rural escape.

This self-catering accommodation has been furnished to a high standard, including luxurious bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, superfast Wifi and a selection of books and board games for rainy days.

Although conveniently located on the edge of a picturesque village with a great pub, the cottage is also surrounded by fields and walks and is the perfect base from which to explore West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire and the beauty of the South Downs.

Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Well-equipped modern kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, extendable dining table and seating for four people. Seating area with comfortable sofa, Smart TV, books and boardgames.

Bedroom 1: Option of super king size bed or two single beds. Single wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.

First Floor
Landing area: Light and airy space with desk and chair.

A private terrace overlooking the courtyard. Accessed via the sitting room complete with outdoor seating for four. In addition there is a private small, fenced garden located 100 metres from the cottage, perfect for kicking a ball around or relaxing in the sunshine.

Parking directly outside the property for one car. Additional parking within easy access by request.

Children

Children and babies are welcome at the property. A travel cot can be requested at time of booking.

Milland House Cottage occupies a unique setting on the edge of the charming village of Milland. Situated in the South Downs National Park and in an AONB, the property combines rural living with easy access to Midhurst, Petworth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Coast.

The Petworth, Cowdray and Goodwood Estates are within easy reach and offer a combination of National Trust properties to visit, walking, polo, golf, horse racing and motor racing.
