Knoll Hill House is a newly renovated three double bedroom and one walk through single room stable conversion, situated within its own grounds and commanding stunning views of the beautiful Sussex countryside with walks, fields and horses all around!
The light and spacious interior has been furnished to a high standard with all the modern amenities you could need for the perfect luxury getaway. Beside the house sits the ‘Old Pigsty’ which has been turned into a self-contained and child-friendly games, table tennis and cinema room, perfect for keeping guests both young and old entertained.
Spend the summer evenings firing up the BBQ and dining alfresco on the covered terrace. This is the perfect house for a peaceful rural escape or base from which to explore the beautiful landscapes of Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We look forward to welcoming you to Knoll Hill House.
The Space
Ground floor
Entrance Hall: Cloakroom with loo and hanging space for coats, boot racks etc. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Two separate seating areas, one with 50" LED smart TV. Extendable dining table with eight chairs. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric double oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Bedroom 1: Option of two singles or one super king size bed. Fully fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. En-suite Bathroom with walk in shower.
First Floor
Bedroom 2: King size double bed, fully fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.
Bathroom 2: with adjacent bath/shower for exclusive use of bedroom 2
Bedroom 3: King size double bed, fully fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.
Bathroom 3: with adjacent bath/shower for exclusive use of bedroom 3

The Old Pigsty
Games room with 50" TV, large corner sofa and comfy bean bags and a table tennis table. Cabinet stacked with children’s toys, books, games and puzzles. Gas BBQ also available during summer months

There is also an outside covered terrace equipped with sofa and chairs and dining table with seating for eight.

Parking for three cars.
Children
Children and babies are welcome at the property. A travel cot and highchair can be requested at time of booking.
Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs at the property at an additional charge.
Location
Knoll Hill House occupies a unique setting on the edge of the charming village of Milland. Situated in the South Downs National Park and in an AONB, the property combines rural living with easy access to Midhurst, Petworth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Coast.
The Petworth, Cowdray and Goodwood Estates are not far away and offer a combination of National Trust properties to visit, walking, polo, golf, horse racing and motor racing.
Closer to home, enjoy a walk or bike ride straight from the door (recommendations found in the welcome file) with direct access onto an extensive network of public bridleways and footpaths

We ask for a minimum of a three night stay.

Low season from £310 per night and high season from £330 per night.
